Rumspringer Weapons and Props

Here are some artifacts from the imaginary world I'm creating for my graphic novel.  The first three are used by the inhabitants of the Blazer World and the last three are used by the invading humans.

A needle with cap, thread, and bobbin for stitching up wounds (i.e. torn fabric)!

A wrench for fixin' bicycles, adjustin' geothermal heat pumps, and sabotagin' convoys!

A pitchfork for pitchin' hay and stabbin' invaders!

A backpack spray tank for the dissemination of weaponized clothing starch! 

A saddle for chasin' down herds o' "sock" cattle to spray with starch!

A laundry basket for paralyzed tots!

Loose Ends

Here's a pinup I did several months ago for class.  It's Cheri from Loose Ends, an excellent comic beautifully illustrated by my friend, Chris Brunner.

Rumspringer Vehicles

These are vehicle designs I did for class, and I made the assignment relate to the Rumspringer project. 

This car belongs to the evil fashion designer lady from my previous post and is sort of a mash-up between a Talbot-Lago and Delage D8. 

The glider is disguised as a creature from the parallel world and is used by Aperture to stealthily enter the airspace above cities.

More Rumspringer Characters

Here are some more of the characters from Rumspringer. Within the parallel universe into which Adin stumbles, he comes across a secretive operation being carried out by Aperture Inc, a clothing company from our world.  Adin secures employment with the cultish corporation, unaware of its sinister agenda.

Rumspringer Characters

This is the first batch of characters I designed for Rumspringer, the graphic novel I am developing with writer, Hudson Phillips. It is about an Amish teen who stumbles into a parallel reality after leaving his community for the first time.  However, he's been so sheltered that he assumes he is still in the real world.
